PERSONAL
Any rental whose purpose is for personal use (ie: personal rehearsal, choreographing, self-tape, or personal session.) -
PROGRAM/WORKSHOP/INTENSIVE*
Any rental that includes paid or non-paid students to an individual’s program or companyEVENT*

HOSTED CLASSES
We do not accept rentals for private hosted classes. This is where students pay an individual directly for a class and is not connected to a specific program or company.PORNOGRAPHY
Any form of pornography is not permitted anywhere on our property at any time. -
Any rental involving a production company, artist management, public corporation, or private corporation

PRODUCTION FILMING
Any rental involving a production company, artist management, public corporation, or private corporation and filming is involved (including, but not limited to: TV, film, internet, or documentary)Filming is only allowed in the spaces being rented. Any space not part of the rental may not be filmed.

All rentals must adhere to the maximum persons capacity per studio room. This is a safety measure to ensure if an emergency were to occur all persons will be able to exit in a safe and timely manner. Adjustments can be made upon request and inquiry.

All rental bookings require a credit card to be saved on file. The credit card on file will be charged for non-refundable deposits and any cancellation fees. The credit card on file will be charged the morning of the rental to pay for the day’s rental. Cancellation 24-hours prior must be completed to not be charged.

Any rental over 4 hours or rental utilizing overtime hours will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book the rental. The non-refundable deposit will go towards the final total due of the rental.

Full facility buyout is possible, but subject to rental rates plus buyout rate for pre-scheduled classes and rentals. Buyout rate varies and can be determined upon request.

Set up and break down for all rentals must be within the rental booking time frame. Be sure your rental booking time includes enough time for set-up and break-down. Any additional time used outside of the booking time for before or after will be added to the rental cost per fraction of 30-minutes.

Movement Lifestyle logos are present in almost all of our studios and common areas. Most are not able to be covered.
Use of any Movement Lifestyle logo for promotional use without the business consent is strictly prohibited.

If the quality of the room is left in poor condition or any damage occurred from a rental, the client will be notified and an additional cleaning or damage fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Fee may vary depending on condition or damage.

FLOOR
All studios have new, waterproof, wood flooring. Studio S is equipped with a sprung floor.LIGHTING
All studios have overhead lighting. Studio E, F, S, M, and L also have dimmable track lighting.AIR CONDITIONING
All studios are equipped with central air conditioning.PARKING
Limited “ML Visitor” parking spaces available and street parking is also available.Movement Lifestyle is not responsible for any ticketed or towed vehicles.
“ML Visitor” parking spaces are only for persons who booked the rental.
“ML Visitor” parking spaces are not available to those who did not book the rental (ie: students, auditionees, attendees, cast, crew, etc).
Do not park in any of the neighboring businesses parking spaces.
FURNITURE & SUPPLIES
We highly recommend to supply your own table, chairs, pens, tape, or any other furniture or office supplies as we will not be able to provide these items.RESTROOMS
Women’s, Gender Neutral, and handicap accessible restrooms available.PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Bus and Metrolink are in walking distance. -

FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS AND GASSES: This includes but is not limited to gasoline, propane, kerosene, and aerosol cans containing flammable substances.
EXPLOSIVES: Any explosive materials, fireworks, or ammunition are strictly prohibited on the premises.
CHEMICALS AND SOLVENTS: Hazardous chemicals, solvents, and industrial cleaning agents must not be stored or used within the rental unit.
TOXIC MATERIALS: Any substances known to be toxic or harmful upon exposure, such as pesticides, asbestos-containing materials, or lead-based paints, are not permitted.
BIOHAZARDOUS MATERIALS: This includes medical waste, biological specimens, or any other materials classified as biohazards.
RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS: Any materials emitting ionizing radiation, including but not limited to radioactive isotopes, are prohibited.
CORROSIVE MATERIALS: Substances capable of corroding or causing damage to living tissue or property, such as strong acids or alkaline solutions, are not allowed.
CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES: Open flame candles, incense, or any other similar items that pose a fire hazard are not permitted within the rental unit. Battery-operated candles or LED alternatives are encouraged for ambiance
SHARP OBJECTS: No use of sharp objects, including knives, scissors, or other potentially dangerous tools, is permitted in the space or on the peron(s) to prevent accidental injury.
CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION: Failure to comply with this hazardous items policy may result in immediate corrective action, including fines, eviction, and legal proceedings if necessary. Additionally, tenants may be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the presence or use of prohibited hazardous items.
REPORTING: Renters are encouraged to report any concerns regarding the presence of hazardous items to the property management immediately. Prompt reporting helps us maintain a safe living environment for all residents.

If a rental type or purpose differs from what the rental type or purpose is from the initial booking, or there is a breach of agreement or breach of rental policies, consequences for this breach will be determined by Movement Lifestyle Management including, but not limited to, a fine of 3x the rental booking rate.
